Hallo all, I've got a question that I'm sure has been asked many times. But on account of how many pages there are to peruse, hopefully you don't mind I ask again. (And I have Googled this, yes, but I'm curious about your personal experiences) how do I go about losing muscle mass? Particularly the biceps. Sure, sure, stop stimulating the muscles. So hard to do. I have these terrible natural biceps and am ready to cleave them off. Is there a better way to go about losing them, in adition to minimal use? Pic related, myself with my son.

Cut back as much as possible on protein and as you said, stimulate the undesired muscles as little as possible. That's all I know for sure.

I have heard somewhere that working out other muscles while on a low protein diet encourages the body to shrink ones that aren't in use in order to repair the ones that are. I'm not certain to the validity of that, but I'm going to try it if I ever decide to stop being in the closet and make some attempt to look girly. So butt and thigh exercises all day every day if that's the case.

Speaking of, I noticed that you have pretty broad shoulders but you look fucking great with them. How the fuck do you do that? Those and my ribcage are what are stopping me from having the confidence to go tran. Can you give me some advice there, if you have any applicable?
