Hai, I'm tired of waiting nearly a year for my next appointment from the clinic to get my mones so have decided to start self medding again in the mean time. Hopefully it will rush them into giving me an appointment sooner.
I'm currently prescribed 5mg finasteride a day& after some research have looked at adding the following into the regime.
Estrofem 2mg DailySpirotone 100mg halfed twice daily
Any opinions on this?

You're very fit! Do you take more erotic shots?
Take Finasteride for the initial 2 months or so and then stop, no point in trying to prevent conversion of T ---> DHT , when spiro is draining T.
Also after 8months -12 month try cycling micro ionised progestrones. It works for some and effects do not add up for other. YMMV.
