For the last week i was on vacation visiting friends and one night we got drunk and they got me to dress up. No new outfits or anything and most of the pictures arent any good, no nudes etc.

You mentioned having tears. After looking at the pictures I can tell that those are definitely stretch marks, not really tears. You get those from gaining weight, or muscle mass. I've heard vitamin E helps, but you should consult someone that knows what they are. Just google "stretch mark removal" that sort of thing.
