Hi, I've been contemplating going through with this method of going trappy, I was wondering If It has any credibility. Like It's been two weeks for me. I've been doing the suggested workout and 1 hour Jog/Walk on my Treadmill. Any advices from people who went throught with this guide ? ( I'm talking about the trap asthetics guide )
