Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way I can make my penis smaller, it's average size but I've been feeling pretty bad about it lately
Taking HRT and not fapping erryday can cause tissue atrophy which will make it smaller.
If I have a random erection does that affect the atrophy process? How do I control the erections other than HRT?

aside from hrt, you might try using a chastity cage. it will stop the erections and increase atrophy.
Does it actually works? Is it safe to use it for very long periods of time?
