You take 35mg of estrogen a day!? I read up on progesterone and couldn't find anything confirming its effectiveness - but you think its been working for you? How long have you been on hormones?

Anyways, I'm self medicated and it started on 2mg of progynova a day and 200mg of spiro a day. I think I'm getting effects - my depression seems to be greatly reduced - but I'm thinking with this next 28 day supply is out of bumping my dose up to 4mg.

cool. i don't think i could do 11 either. scheduling would be horrendous and i just know one or a few people would wind up feeling neglected then. that would suck. but i honestly think polyamory is a good thing for a lot of people, myself included.
